A portrait session with Buttercross Photography will be tailored to suit your needs.  Our style of shooting will ensure there are plenty of unique images to choose from. To make full use of the session, changes of clothes will be useful and advice on what to wear will be sent with your booking confirmation.

Family location shoot: £95.00. Buttercross Photography will come to your home to take pictures of your family; from children and parents through to grandparents if required, before going on to a nearby location such as a park, or woodland. A full variety of combinations and groups will be taken to meet your needs.

After the session you will be able to see your images without any “high pressure” to buy. Feel free to pass the contact sheets among other family members or friends

Integrating a set of photographs into your life poses an interesting conundrum. Album collections work well for most of our clients, as they are portable and can be shared with colleagues and friends away from the home. They can accommodate a far greater collection of images than frames, and extra volumes can be added later. Framed pictures however will lift any environment they are in.

We use elegant frame and mount designs that allow the photographs to be the stars. Our emphasis on quality, simplicity and good design ensure harmony with your décor at home or in your office.

Our aim is to provide you with an ongoing record of your and your family’s journey through life. It is normal for our clients to mix the seasons with subsequent shoots, and these can include: An autumn woodland session with vibrant colour and the fun of crashing through the fallen leaves. A winter shoot with frost and gorgeous low angle sunlight. A spring shoot in bluebell woods or gardens with daffodils. A summer shoot in a meadow with a picnic. A certain amount of flexibility is required when making a booking to account for inclement weather. Malcolm doesn’t always need sun, in fact it often restricts opportunities, but rain is a no-no. When a booking is made a second appointment is always reserved in case of poor weather.
