New Wedding Albums

We are pleased to announce that we have sourced a new range of top quality wedding and portrait albums from Italy, the home of style and craftsmanship.

The I NOBILI range of albums are all  handmade, no mass production; most of these albums are finished in real leather with a small portion in bonded leather.

They are individually made by craftsman and are supplied with a bag and in a case or box where appropriate. Albums have gilded or silvered edges on which the couples names can be etched.

The I NOBILI range is exclusive in the UK so you will not see them everywhere!

These albums are quality not quantity! Your pictures will be presented in the best album so wedding pictures will stand out from the rest; these are the albums for you!

Malcolm joins the BIPP Board of Directors

At the BIPP (British Institute of Professional Photography) AGM in February Malcolm was voted onto the new Board of Directors.

Before becoming a full-time photographer Malcolm spent 30 years in Sales and Marketing for various FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) companies. Redundancy gave him the opportunity to kick Buttercross Photography into a full time business. It is his Sales & Marketing experience that he hopes the new Board of Directors will find beneficial as they guide the BIPP through the coming years of change faced by our industry.

Photography Gift Certificates

We are aware that many of our wedding clients have already established a home and so don’t need yet another toaster or kettle as a wedding gift.

We are also aware that this will be a unique day in the families’ history when everybody will be assembled together in their smartest clothes. So your pictures will become a treasured part of family history – lasting long after the reception, flowers, honeymoon or even the dress.

So on your wedding day your photography is most important. For these reasons we’ve introduced “Photography Gift Vouchers”. Your guests send us a cheque (made out to Buttercross Photography) for your wedding gift. We send them a Photography Gift Voucher to present to you on your day, to save embarrassment no value is shown on the voucher. When you return from your honeymoon we’ll tell you the total value of all the vouchers and you can then choose how to spend your Gift Certificates - Album, Wall Picture, Prints.
