Wedding Photography
Your wedding day will be the most important day in your life. Therefore it is
important that you use a professional photographer to record the happy memories
of this unique occasion.
We photograph just one wedding a day and do not subcontract any of our wedding
photography to other “weekend” photographers. Therefore you will get
our undivided attention for your special day. We aim to provide a personal
coverage tailored to your style, telling the story of your wedding, starting
from the brides preparations, through to the cutting of the cake at the
reception. Throughout the day we try to capture all the special moments and
items of your day, children playing with the confetti, all the way through to
the decorations on the tables at your reception – if it was special to you we’ll
try to record it creatively.
This coverage can be "Classical" or "Contemporary" in colour or black & white
(or a mixture of these options). Also our coverage can start at the Groom’s
home (or Hotel), to capture the – often forgotten - Groom’s family.
After the wedding, you will receive a DVD picture show of the pictures we took
on your day. From this picture show you can select the pictures you want to have
in your album. Your album will be handmade and printed to the highest standard.
Your pictures may also be put onto your exclusive page on this web site. This
allows your far flung friends and family to see your wedding pictures from the
comfort of their own home or office. NEW Photography Gift Certificates
We
are aware that many of our wedding clients have already established a home and
so don’t need yet another toaster or kettle as a wedding gift.
We
are also aware that this will be a unique day in the families’ history when
everybody will be assembled together in their smartest clothes. So your pictures
will become a treasured part of family history – lasting long after the
reception, flowers, honeymoon or even the dress.
So
on your wedding day your photography is most important. For these reasons
we’ve introduced “Photography Gift Vouchers”. Your guests send us a cheque
(made out to Buttercross Photography) for your wedding gift. We send them a
Photography Gift Voucher to present to you on your day, to save embarrassment no
value is shown on the voucher. When you return from your honeymoon we’ll tell
you the total value of all the vouchers and you can then choose how to spend
your Gift Certificates - Album, Wall Picture, Prints.

Albums
A new product just launched!! When you return from your honeymoon we can create a hardback 31cm2 book from your favorite honeymoon pictures. Up to 60 pages (sides – 20 leaves) are available with prices starting from £99.00. Just let us have a disc (or your original camera cards) with your honeymoon pictures and we’ll design a beautiful coffee table book for you to keep along with your Wedding Album.
